A quiet and comfortable double room with ensuite
The accommodation is a ground-floor double bedroom in a modern annexe adjoined to the cottage. The room has a comfy double bed and en-suite shower. Optional twin beds on request. The room is equipped with a tv, tea and coffee making facilities, a small desk & stool and 2 chairs. It is double-glazed and centrally heated.
Breakfast
Enjoy a continental style breakfast
A continental-style breakfast is included, served in our adjoining dining room or outside on the decking on warm sunny days. Please advise us in advance of any allergies or food intolerances.
Our bed and breakfast accommodation is not self-catering but eating out is not a problem. There are many excellent pubs and cafes in the surrounding area and the village has a post office and shop, a convenience store, pub and café.
The garden
Guests are welcome to enjoy sitting in our garden
A small table and chairs are provided overlooking the garden, these can be accessed from the back door to the guests accommodation.
Access and parking
There’s an off-road parking space for guests’ vehicles and secure undercover storage for bikes. Directions are sent on booking.
The entrance is directly from the parking area at the front, through the utility room, or up garden steps at the back. You’ll be given your own key to come and go as you please during your stay and are welcome to sit out in our garden.
Our accommodation could be suitable for guests with limited mobility but it is not fully accessible. Please contact us in advance to discuss any particular requirements so that we can advise on the room’s suitability. There is one threshold step and another to the dining room. The shower is walk-in and a shower stool is available if required.
